I love this place! They have very reasonably priced bubble tea and bakery items. I got 2 bubble teas and a bakery item for like $7.60. The staff is very friendly and their bakery items are very yummy. A word of caution: this place is cash only. The bubble tea is nice because it’s not weak in flavor, gritty in texture, or packed with ice, like some places.

The people who work there are extremely sweet and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile. They have the best topica pearl drinks. They are super consistent when they make they drinks and food. Always bring cash to pay. Always tip.
